Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into the original shipping bag or a secure box.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
